The two-story Eagles Building was built at a cost of $35,000 and has a square footage of 8773. Some of the original storefronts and the original bracketed tin cornice remain intact and visible. The second floors of the building served as a lodge hall for Pocatello Aerie 119 of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. In 1927, the first floor housed Hemsted Brothers, the Modern Barber Shop and Lynn Brothers Hospital. Pocatello Neighborhood Housing renovated the building for their offices as well as community housing.
