The Pleasantview School was constructed in 1910 and is in the National Register of Historic Places. The school is a two-story masonry structure comprising two classrooms on the second floor, plus a small kitchen, dining room and small auditorium on the ground floor. With restoration, this building will be one of the few remaining early school structures in Kootenai County. The Pleasantview Community Association is restoring it.
