The Masonic Building was constructed in 1917. The design was by G.I. Hubbel of Spokane and is distinguished by the extensive use of terra cotta and granite trim. The Masonic Fraternity has maintained a presence in Wallace for the past 117 years. The Temple is in the Wallace Historic District and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
