Nez Perce County Historical Society

The Heritage House was built in 1896-1900. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as Nutting House, as the Nutting family lived in the house in the 1920’s and operated the nearby Laundry. The name was changed to Heritage House in 1987 to indicate its significance, as the last remaining representation of historic domestic building in downtown Lewiston.

The Heritage House is owned and managed by the Nez Perce County Historical Society
