Constructed in 1938, the Boulevard Motel is an excellent example of architecture relating to the auto touring area of the 1930s. It is in the National Register of Historic Places. The City of Boise purchased the motel with the intent of converting it to low-income housing. The Trust helped to restore the historic neon sign.
